Lives & works in London, UK

I have been creating my own work for the last decade, and more recently have been working with a combination of oil paints and oil pastels. I am particularly interested in using still life to portray the continual shift between hopefulness and cynicism I find myself in. Within the exploration of colour and light, I have begun to navigate my relationship to the world around me, and acknowledge the sense of uneasiness I am immersed in. In recognising this relationship through painting, and conceding to the realities that were once intangible, I have found myself battling with the complexities of living in a dissociative state, both willingly, and what feels like out of necessity.
